These terms apply to swingersguides.com and the SwingersGuides iOS app, operated by Dalocom (the Netherlands).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SwingersGuides, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SwingersGuides. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these terms.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to: share illegal content, harass other users, create fake profiles, spam or send unsolicited messages, attempt to circumvent security measures, or violate any applicable laws. Violation of these rules may result in account termination.
5. Content Guidelines
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it within the service. Content must not be illegal, offensive, or infringe on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Premium and VIP features require a paid subscription, bought through the App Store in the iOS app or through Stripe on the website. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings or in Profile > Subscription on the website. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
8. Safety
While we take measures to verify users and moderate content, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of other users. Always exercise caution when meeting people from the internet. Never share financial information or send money to other users.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SwingersGuides is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, that defects will be corrected, or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwingersGuides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
