SwingersGuides is a community for adults in the lifestyle scene. The website and the iOS app are strictly for people aged 18 and over, and the App Store listing is rated 18+.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, browse members, visit venue and event pages, or use chat. There is no version of SwingersGuides for younger users.

2. How we check

Every member enters a date of birth during registration. Accounts with a date of birth under 18 are refused by the database itself, not just by the app, and the age shown on a profile is always derived from that date. Members can additionally verify their profile with a selfie that is reviewed by our team and never shown to other members.

3. What we do when we find a minor

If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we remove the account and its content, and we may report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it. Anyone can report a profile from the app; reports about age are handled with priority.

4. Content and moderation

Members may post suggestive or adult-themed content within our guidelines. Photos are checked automatically for explicit content and reviewed by our moderation team; explicit photos are blurred or removed. Private photos are only visible to members the owner has approved.

5. Interaction and safety

Chat is limited to signed-in adult members. Message requests keep strangers out of your inbox, you can restrict who may message you, and blocking and reporting are available from every profile and message. Your exact location is never shared; only the distance between members is.

6. Parents and guardians

SwingersGuides offers no parental controls because it has no place on a device used by minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, email support@swingersguides.com with the profile name and we will act on it.
